What does Build My Voice do?
It learns your writing voice from samples you provide, builds a reusable voice profile, and uses that profile to generate on-brand content you can refine, approve, and publish.
How does it learn my voice?
You provide writing samples (paste text or import from LinkedIn) and answer a short onboarding conversation. We analyze those to build a structured voice profile that guides every draft.
What kinds of content can it generate?
Quick posts, threads, long-form pieces, and current-events takes — with audience, angle, and content-pillar guidance. You can refine any draft in-app before approving it.
Can I work with a team?
Yes. Workspaces support multiple members with roles, shared personas, and an approval workflow. Adding members is available on the Team plan.
Your data & privacy
What happens to my writing samples?
They stay inside your workspace and are used only to build your voice profile and generate content. We do not sell your data or use your samples to train shared models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export a full copy of your data and request account deletion from your account settings. Deletion removes your personal data after a short grace period.
Is my data secure?
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and sensitive integration credentials are encrypted at rest. See our Security page for more.
Plans & billing
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can start on the free plan and explore the full workflow before deciding to upgrade.
How do plans differ?
Plans differ by features and seats — paid plans unlock social publishing, long-form workflows, more personas and workspaces, and (on Team) multiple members.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
